      No more wondering “who’s going to answer the phone” at Reside!  With the launch of our new Service Desk, our clients will now have access to dedicated support personnel through a direct extension. 

All technical or administrative issues will be facilitated through this central hub, bringing the following benefits for our customers:

Using the Reside Service Desk

All Reside clients can make use of the Service Desk and its benefits in one of two ways:

 On-Contract

 Sign onto our Service Desk Contract, and pay one low monthly rate for unlimited usage. 
For only $250 per month, you can throw all of your web-related technical and administrative questions our way.

Free reports, detailing Service Desk usage, status, resolution, and notes.

Toll-free access for users outside of the Metro region.

On-Call
