As we welcome the fourth quarter of 2005, I continue to ask myself where the summer went.  It is hard to believe that the holiday season is just around the corner.

Third quarter found everyone at Reside busily engaged in client projects and opportunities - particularly in our on-demand CRM practice.  It's interesting to reflect back just three years ago, when dynamic content management for web was a novel concept, and Reside was on the leading edge of providing this capability and service to our clients.

Today, Reside's web services are complimented by on-demand (web based) CRM and application integration.  I am continually energized by how web technology can enable organizations to make quicker decisions and create efficiencies that result in bottom-line returns.  Web technology is just starting to “ROCK” and will only produce greater results for businesses in the future!

Once again, a heartfelt thank you to Reside’s team, our clients, and partners for a great summer!  Enjoy your fall season!

Reside representatives traveled to San Francisco in September to meet with salesforce.com partners, clients, and prospects at the 2005 Dreamforce conference and rally.  As a certified salesforce.com consulting partner, we are very excited about the strides that salesforce.com is taking to bring on-demand CRM to the "next level". 

A major announcement at this year's event was the unveiling of salesforce.com's new AppExchange - the world's first on-demand application-sharing service.  With the AppExchange, companies can browse and test drive dozens of new on-demand applications and install them into any salesforce.com account with just a few clicks.  To learn more about this exciting announcement, visit http://www.appexchange.com/.
