letter from the ceo...
Dear Colleague
Happy Spring! There's
something about this time of year that inspires new
perspectives, fresh ideas, and energy to take on any
challenge! (Or maybe it's just the fact that
tax deadlines are finally behind us...)
Either way, I hope you're enjoying this season as much
as we are!
It is always a pleasure for
me to take this opportunity to thank our clients,
partners, and employees! Because of your support,
I'm happy to report that Reside has recently completed a
very successful quarter. Were working on some
exciting projects, including serving non-profit groups,
manufacturers, and professional service companies.
For those of you who are
planning to spend some time on the golf course this
summer, I invite you to put your swing (or corporate
sponsorship) to work for a good cause! Reside
is proud to sponsor two charity groups that are planning
golf fund-raising events for this summer: HockeyDocs Charities and Hits For
Huntingtons (Huntingtons Foundation). Read
more about Hits For Huntingtons "in
the spotlight" below, and visit each groups
web site for more information on how you can support
their cause!
Finally, if you have any
questions about how Resides Web Development and Contact
Management services could add value to your business, I
welcome you to contact us. Wed love to show you
how strategic online technology and a solid CRM system
can positively impact your bottom line!

Why Lead Nurturing
Works By Brian Carroll, CEO, InTouch Inc
In a complex sale, my
experience is, most of the selling actually happens when
the sales person isn't there. I know there's a lot of
emphasis on lead generation (that's a good thing) but,
getting a ton of leads doesn't guarantee that increased
sales will follow. You can increase your odds success by
adding a lead nurturing program. ...Read Full

Search: Follow the
Cash By
Andrew Ecklund, CEO, Ciceron
Several weeks ago, the
Search Engine Strategies conference took place in New
York City. For the first time in recent memory, the
search engines dominated the map -- the advertising map,
that is. In fact, search engine advertising and
marketing now represents between 30-40% of all online
advertising dollars, depending upon whose research you
read.
Before we look into why
this surge is happening now, let's do a quick primer on

Protecting Your
Business Data Before it is Too
Late By
Jamison Masters, Owner, Verus Corp.
Most businesses these

adequate equipment, security policies, and recovery

There are numerous unforeseen factors related to
information technology that can cripple a business
financially, tarnish its reputation, or even cause it to
fail altogether. It is prudent to prepare for the
worst, rather than experience the worst with no plan in
place. ...Read Full
