letter from the ceo...
Hard to believe that this
will be our last newsletter for 2003! A huge
"Thanks!" to everyone who has helped make it a great
year. As we look forward to 2004, Reside is
continuing to enhance our services and processes to
better serve our clients. I want to take this
opportunity to give you a brief update on some of these
exciting changes.
We have established a new
follow-up process with our clients to ensure that they
are seeing measurable value from their
technology investments. Through periodic office
visits, user surveys, goal evaluations, research, and
recommendations (all at no cost to our clients), we are
taking a proactive approach to helping our customers get
better results from their Web and Contact Management
systems.
Additionally, our online
project management system - ClientOne -
provides Reside's customers with a complete view of
their current and historical projects (24x7), allowing
them to track tasks, budgets, timelines, and important
documents.
If you would like more
information about how Reside is enabling our customers
to achieve maximum value from their Web and Contact
Management technologies, I would welcome an opportunity
to speak with you personally. Contact me anytime
at 952.835.1930, or by email at mmeents@reside.biz.
Have a wonderful Holiday
Season!
Cheerz,
Matt Meents Chief
Executive Officer mmeents@reside.biz

for an article published in Upsize Magazine. The
article title: "How to buy wireless". In
it, we shared our experience in setting up our new
office on a wireless network. If you missed the
article in print, you can visit the Upsize Magazine web

Reside
Launches SME Web Site: Sales &
Marketing Executives (SME) - Minnesota is a professional
group of top managers meeting to share leading edge
strategies and marketing tactics. Reside recently
sponsored and launched the group's new web site, which
can be seen at www.smemn.org. The new site includes an updated design,
enhanced navigation, content management, and integration
with an online software custom-made for
association member management.
HockeyDocs
Charities Update: Founded by a group of
physicians who play hockey together, HockeyDocs
Charities is a non-profit group that puts on annual
events to raise funds for charities such as Gillette
Children's Specialty Healthcare and Camp
Confidence. Reside recently sponsored and launched
the new HockeyDocs web site (http://www.hockeydocscharities.org/) to help the
organization promote its Sept. 15th golf charity.
The event was a huge success - raising more than
$100,000 for Minnesota charities! (This was nearly
double the money raised over the event's past two
years!) Reside is proud to be involved in this
cause, and continues to support HockeyDocs by assisting
with web site updates and email
announcements.

Relationship
Management 101 By Eric Strauss, EntrepreneursForHire
At the risk of offending
clients, vendors and business acquaintances, I have to
admit that absolutely I abhor the annual ritual of
sending impersonal holiday cards lacking in creativity,
purpose or meaning to business associates. Phew. I said
it.
Before crossing me off your
list for next year, though, hear me out.

Consumer Directed
Health Care By Jim Priebe, Executive Vice
President, Sheffield,
Olson, & McQueen, Inc.
As the cost health
insurance premiums continue to rise, the search for
solutions is ever growing. Many employers have
seen double-digit premium increases over the last couple
of years and that trend does not seem to be fading any
time soon. A recent Foster Higgins study has
predicted that by the year 2005, it will cost the
average employer $8,000 a year to provide benefits to an
employee.
One solution that is
grabbing hold and growing is consumer directed health
care. ...Read

Why Your Company
Needs a Professional Wireless Network By
Mike Ellsworth, Head Guy, The WiMAX Guys
Now you may think
from the title of this article that Im going to write
about all the business benefits of wireless networking,
but Im not. ...What I am going to talk about
is the need for businesses to take wireless networking
seriously enough to not just slap a few consumer-grade
Linksys access points up in the ceiling and call it a
day. ...Read Full
