1. Letter from the CEO

Dear Colleague,

Wow - it's been an incredible three months for Reside, and I have been looking forward to this opportunity to update you on the latest developments here!  As always, I want to start by thanking all of our clients, partners, and employees for contributing to our growth in the past quarter.  Reside is a success because of all of you!

Perhaps you've heard about Reside's new office.  That's right - we are no longer "virtual"!  As much as we enjoyed our coffee shop meetings over the past two years, it was time to bring the whole Reside team together - under one roof.  We've been breathing the same air for just over a month, and loving it!  Read more about this exciting news below...

Reside is also happy to welcome a new member to our team.  Sophia Murphy joined us this March, and is already a great asset to our development group. 

And there's more news...We're getting more involved in our community by joining some great associations/organizations!  To top it all off, we are adding to our services to better support your Web and Contact Management needs.

Speaking of which - this economy provides a great opportunity to focus on increased productivity and cost savings, which is just what we help our clients do through effective Web and Contact Management systems.  We are happy to serve you in achieving your short- and long-term goals in these areas, so be sure to contact us if your business is looking at ways to maximize your technology investments!

2. Reside News!

A New Office for Reside:  We did it!  We took the plunge, and all moved in together.  It was a huge step for a group of people accustomed to staff meetings at Caribou Coffee and working at home in our slippers, but the timing and circumstances were too good to pass up.  And although we all now report to work in shoes, we are throroughly enjoying each others' company and the opportunity to work more effectively on our clients' projects and internal initiatives.  It's been a great move for Reside!

If you're in the neighborhood, be sure to drop in and say hello.  We are still finishing up the office decor, but we think the place is pretty presentable.  You'll find us on France Avenue in Edina.  New address and contact info as follows (please update your records):

Reside Welcomes Sophia Murphy: To add to the excitement of a new office, we have also added a new face to the Reside team.  Sophia joined us this March, and is working with us as a full-time time employee on our programming team.  Sophia is making her mark at Reside as a web applications specialist.  She is already tackling client projects, and if you're lucky, she may someday work on your site!  Say hello to Sophia at smurphy@reside.biz.

Introducing Email Marketing Support: For more than a year, Reside has been sending you the latest in news and helpful business articles through our quarterly e-newsletter.  Many of you have expressed interest in managing your own email marketing campaigns and newsletters, and we couldn't recommend a better, more comprehensive tool than Exact Target.  So, to provide a broader range of support to our clients, Reside is proud to announce that we are now offering email marketing support as a reseller of Exact Target.  For more information on Reside's services for email design, database support, and Contact Management integration, please contact us at 952.835.1930 or at info@reside.biz.

Reside Joins Twin West Chamber of Commerce:  We are excited to announce our new membership in the Twin West Chamber!  Our thanks to our clients, Mark Carlson of Minnesota Mailing Solutions and Steve Salmi of Swanson, Kirkpatrick and Salmi for encouraging us to join up with this progressive organization.  We believe our involvement will provide opportunities for input on important community issues, and will help us enhance our network for the benefit of Reside and our clients!

Reside Sponsors and Joins the MDMA: Another exciting development for Reside.  This winter, we had the privilege of launching a web site for the Midwest Direct Marketing Association's annual conference.  (See also feature "In The Spotlight".)  In addition to our sponsorship, Reside has also joined the MDMA as a new member!  We look forward to becoming more involved with this local and national organization.

Reside Sponsors HOBY Event Communications: Reside joined forces with the Minneapolis/St. Paul Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership program to promote their upcoming fundraiser event.  HOBY is a non-profit group committed to developing leadership potential in high school students.  The group will partner with Art Holdings Gallery (of Golden Valley) to host a silent art auction on Thursday, April 24th.  Reside's sponsorship of this event included the design and distribution of an HTML email invitation.  The event is open to the public, and Reside invites anyone interested in supporting MN youth leadership to attend!
