1. Letter from the CEO
Happy New Year and welcome to the first issue of the second
volume of Reside's e-newsletter! I can hardly believe
that a full year has passed since we launched this
communications piece, and what a year it has been!
Reside has experienced a number of exciting changes in the
past 12 months: We've been privileged to work
with several new clients, and have initiatied many new
projects for our existing clients. Our team is growing
(see news below), and our services continue to be refined to
better serve your Web and Contact Management needs.
Thank you for the feedback you've given us that has helped
us grow and improve as individuals, and as a team. We
look forward to continuing to partner with you into 2003 and
beyond. May this year bring you, your family, and your
business many good tidings!
