| Letter from the
CEO
Greetings and Happy Spring from all of us at Reside!
It is my pleasure to introduce you to the newest format
of Reside’s quarterly e-newsletter. This updated model
provides you with a wider assortment of
technology-focused information, geared toward helping
you advance your business. We hope you enjoy our
e-newsletter, and pass it on to friends and colleagues!
Besides improving our newsletter, we have been busy
with other exciting projects at Reside! Our first
quarter was spent serving our customers, implementing
new marketing tactics, and building new client and
partner relationships. Some of the projects we’ve been
working on include Sales Force Automation,
database-driven web sites, and as always - great design.
You can see samples of our latest projects by visiting
our online
portfolio.
Thanks to all of you for making our first quarter
great! We look forward to continuing to serve your
technology management and implementation needs.

Mine Your Own Business! By
Jennifer Zick, President
We’re all in pursuit of the next big break, the hot
lead, the killer contract: But look out! The deal
you’re chasing may be right under your nose. I’m
talking about database management. Data
mining. Maximizing the resources you already have.

To Template or Not to
Template? By Bob Koski, Creative
Director and Eric Scheel, CIO
When we asked
our Creative Director to write an article discussing the
pros and cons of template design, we should have known
what we would get! Alas, the artist within could
not resist expressing his strong aversion to
cookie-cutter methodology. As an offset to his
theories, we asked our Chief Technician to express his
views on templates. Ah - the disparity between the
right and left brains! We thought you might
appreciate both sides of the story! ...Read

Motorola predicts there will be over 1 billion cell
phone users by 2003 and 1 billion wireless Internet
users by 2005. These numbers, the report says, "will

brings to business. The technology is truly remarkable
when used properly. When combined with wireless
technologies, however, the power of the Internet is
increased significantly. Over the next several years,
applications that operate on wireless devices such as
handheld PDAs, Tablet PCs and cell phones will deliver
real, bottom line benefits to virtually every single
business. ...Read
