Our “band” is growing, and we are looking for the next great “lyricist” to help us turn out the hits. Could you be the Rockstar BizTech Analyst that we seek?

Reside’s Rockstar BizTech Analyst should possess:

• Understanding of web technologies and how they serve to solve business issues.
       o Experience in web development/consulting environment a plus.
       o Ability to think creatively and add value to the problem-solving process.
• Track record of working with clients to: understand business processes, roles, goals, and needs – and the ability to translate this information into actionable documentation. (Must have personality + technical knowledge!)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to act as liaison between technical and non-technical staff, to ensure that all deliverables meet client’s business needs and Reside’s highest standards.
• Drive for results: “self-starter” attitude, paired with ability to receive direction, work within set business processes, and proactively provide feedback
• A positive attitude that never quits
• The desire to be part of something exciting, unique, special…and the guts to make it happen!
